Content we do not accept
Sexual or adult content
Do not upload nudity, pornography, sexual acts, fetish content, sexually suggestive imagery, or content made for sexual gratification. Sexual content involving anyone under 18 is prohibited, including drawings, animation, manipulated media, and AI-generated imagery. Saily will report suspected child sexual abuse material as required by law.
Hate, harassment, and extremist content
Do not upload slurs, hateful symbols, dehumanizing stereotypes, threats, targeted humiliation, or imagery attacking people based on protected characteristics. Content that praises, recruits for, or promotes violent extremist organizations or acts is not allowed.
Violence, gore, and shock images
Do not upload graphic injury, gore, animal cruelty, executions, corpses, or imagery intended to frighten, disgust, or shock people. Threats, celebration of real-world violence, and instructions that encourage self-harm are also prohibited.
Illegal and dangerous material
Do not upload content that promotes or facilitates illegal activity, exploitation, trafficking, illegal gambling, controlled substances, weapons sales, dangerous goods, malware, credential theft, or instructions meant to harm people, property, accounts, devices, or networks.
Privacy and consent
Do not expose private or identifying information without permission. This includes addresses, phone numbers, private messages, financial records, identity documents, medical information, precise location data, login details, intimate imagery, or photographs used to harass, impersonate, or endanger someone. Get permission before using another person’s likeness in broadly shared artwork.
Scams, impersonation, and misleading content
Do not upload fake verification marks, counterfeit promotions, phishing prompts, fraudulent giveaways, misleading payment notices, QR codes that hide an unsafe destination, or branding designed to impersonate Saily, Discord, another service, person, or organization. Satire must not be presented in a way that is likely to cause harm or fraud.
Copyright, trademarks, and other rights
Only submit work you created, licensed, or are otherwise authorized to use. Do not upload pirated artwork, traced or copied commissions, stolen photography, unauthorized brand assets, or content that violates copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy, or other rights. Crediting an artist does not replace permission.
Spam and low-quality submissions
Do not submit repeated copies, advertising spam, referral codes, unrelated promotional material, unreadable images, corrupted files, disguised file types, or artwork designed to overwhelm the review process. Images must match their stated purpose and meet the size and format shown beside the upload control.
Technical upload rules
- Badge: PNG or JPEG, no more than 500 KB, and no larger than 512 by 512 pixels.
- Saily Card background: PNG or JPEG, no more than 1 MB, no larger than 1200 by 675 pixels, and exactly 16:9.
- Renaming a file does not change its real format. Saily checks the decoded image, MIME type, dimensions, and file size.
- Animated files, executable content, hidden payloads, and malformed images are rejected.
Review and moderation
Server-only uploads can be removed if they violate these rules. Global submissions remain pending until reviewed by Saily. Reviewers may approve, reject, disable, archive, or remove artwork. Approval is not permanent permission to break a later policy update, court order, provider rule, or valid rights complaint.
Repeated or severe violations may lead to upload restrictions, removal of affected assets, suspension of the feature, suspension of Saily in the server, or referral to Discord or law enforcement when required. A rejected submission does not use up the server’s approved global slot once it is eligible to submit again.
Your responsibility
The person submitting artwork and the server administrators remain responsible for the content they provide. By uploading, you confirm that the submission follows these rules, Saily’s Terms and Privacy Policy, applicable law, and Discord’s current platform rules.
Discord rules also apply
Artwork sent to Discord must comply with the Discord Terms of Service, Discord Community Guidelines, and Discord Copyright and IP Policy. Discord may apply its own enforcement independently of Saily.
Reports and questions
To report artwork that may violate these rules or your rights, contact support@sailyapp.com. Include the server, asset name, reason for the report, and enough information for the asset to be identified. Do not send sensitive evidence through public Discord channels.
