Using Saily
You must follow Discord's rules and the laws that apply to you. Server administrators are responsible for configuring Saily, choosing who can operate staff tools, and reviewing the permissions granted to the bot.
Former waitlist notices
During private admission, an applicant could provide an optional email address for one approval notice. Saily no longer accepts new waitlist applications. Existing waitlist records remain subject to the retention terms in the Privacy Policy.
Server configuration and content
You keep responsibility for messages, artwork, command responses, moderation settings, and other content submitted through Saily. Do not upload unlawful, abusive, deceptive, or rights-infringing material. All image submissions must follow the Saily Image Upload Rules.
Saily Card rolls
Card rolls are promotional rewards earned from eligible milestones, anniversaries, approved events, starter offers, or occasional Saily drops. They are not sold. Each roll produces a cosmetic card result under the rates and pity rules shown in the Member Portal. Duplicate results become shards for possible future collection features. Rolls, shards, and cosmetics have no cash value and may not be transferred, traded, sold, or exchanged for money or anything of value.
Free and Premium access
Saily applies feature and capacity limits by server. Discord guild subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled through Discord. Patreon memberships follow the billing schedule selected on Patreon. Each provider controls checkout, cancellation, refunds, and payment disputes. Saily stores entitlement, SKU, provider state, server allocation, and paid-through dates but does not receive card or bank details. When paid access ends, Premium remains available through the confirmed paid-through date. A downgrade preserves configuration and uploaded artwork where practical, pauses Premium automation, and applies Free limits without deleting server records.
Creator integrations
YouTube creator alerts use YouTube API Services and are subject to the YouTube Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy. Twitch alerts use Twitch Helix and EventSub. Server administrators must only configure channels they are permitted to monitor and announce.
Availability
Saily is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted service. Discord, Cloudflare, Northflank, Twitch, YouTube, RapidAPI, or another provider may cause delays or outages. Administrators should keep separate records for critical operational information.
Abuse and suspension
Saily may suspend a server to prevent harm, respond to abuse, protect provider quotas, or investigate a security problem. Suspension preserves stored configuration unless deletion is required by law or requested through available privacy controls.
Changes
Material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date. Continued use after a change means you accept the revised terms.
