Using Saily
You must follow Discord's rules and the laws that apply to you. Server administrators are responsible for configuring Saily, choosing who can operate staff tools, and reviewing the permissions granted to the bot.
Server configuration and content
You keep responsibility for messages, artwork, command responses, moderation settings, and other content submitted through Saily. Do not upload unlawful, abusive, deceptive, or rights-infringing material.
Free and Premium access
Saily may apply feature and capacity limits by server. Premium is currently invite-only and no payment is collected. Complimentary access may expire or be withdrawn. A downgrade preserves configuration where practical but may pause Premium automation and resources above Free limits.
Availability
Saily is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted service. Discord, Cloudflare, Northflank, Twitch, YouTube, RapidAPI, or another provider may cause delays or outages. Administrators should keep separate records for critical operational information.
Abuse and suspension
Saily may suspend a server to prevent harm, respond to abuse, protect provider quotas, or investigate a security problem. Suspension preserves stored configuration unless deletion is required by law or requested through available privacy controls.
Changes
Material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date. Continued use after a change means you accept the revised terms.
Contact
Use the Saily dashboard or the support path provided by the server administrator for questions about these terms.
